Goody Green Bag makes portable design fashionable, functional

Don’t miss multiple chances to be one of FIVE winners to get 25% off a Goody Green Bag. More info after the review.

Do you hate those plain eco-friendly shopper bags with the big supermarket or store logo on it? Yeah, me too. (Très chic? I think not.) So, listen up people because I just found the queen of all eco-friendly bags for style and portability from Goody Green Bags.

Okay, the saving the earth part is super cool (and way important). However, Goody Green Bags are fashionable and they (wait for it) FOLD UP TO THE SIZE OF A WALLET when you’re not using it.

Don’t believe me? Check out my bag after I re-folded it:

The awesome people at Goody Green Bag sent me the “DUE-Parisian” style to check out. Since I’m all about black in fashion, I loved it immediately. It has a white, scrolling, fleur-de-lis-like design on the black non-woven polypropylene bag. That’s just a really long way of saying that it is “water resistant material that is light-weight, durable, fire resistant and washable.” At least that’s what the people at Goody Green Bag tell me. (Helloooo–washable AND fire resistant with a two year old? I’m in.)

There’s also a deep pocket on the front where you can slip your keys, money, sippy cups, umbrella or ID when shopping.

The thing that stands out about Goody Green Bag shopping bags is that they look less industrial than the others. You actually do feel chic carrying these bags.

The “Due” selections are HUGE at 16-inches tall, 18-inches wide and 6-inches deep. Just to test it out, I placed an 88-count pull-ups box and seven over-sized preschool library books in mine–with room to spare!

When you’re finished using it? Just fold it back up into that cute little wallet-sized pouch.

Look, I know what many of you are thinking: “I’ll never get it folded like that again.” I understand. I’m map-folding-challenged, too. However, I easily folded this back into it’s original shape. (And without help from my husband, who also thought I would never get it folded back. HA! Take that!) You can throw the folded bag into your purse or diaper bag and it looks like a wallet (and not some balled up bag taking up room).

Goody Green Bag shopping bags are a perfect fit for on-the-go women. The bag’s usefulness spans from airplane carry-on to farm markets to gardening supplies and even baby stuff.

What are you waiting for? (You know you want one. All the cool women are carrying them…)

Want it! (but really, I think the better test would have been how many PopTart boxes it can hold…)
