We first met Liza (like Minnelli) when we started following her awesome food blog, (a)Musing Foodie, from a Twitter tip. We instantly loved her down-to-earth approach to food and the ounce or two of snark. We just had to have her become a regular contributor over on 40 Moms Club and then made her follow us here when we became Prime Parents’ Club. (She doesn’t quite make “The Club” yet, but we’ll let her write for us anyway.)
After complaining about our word limit for her bio submission, here’s what Liza had to say:
Obsession for food in a variety of forms has fueled my passion for humorous, inquisitive and genuine writing.
A childhood bookworm, turned college English Major, my adulthood morphed into a life full of dog-eared novels, magazines, and cookbooks. The birth of (a)Musing Foodie in 2010 gave me my missing writer’s voice; it’s the place where I chronicle my journey into all things food.
There’s nothing more cathartic than thumbing through recipes, creating a menu, cooking a meal and watching friends and family savor every bite. What’s not to love?
PS: I even enjoy grocery shopping without the kids.
