The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced yesterday an expansion of a voluntary recall from Little Tikes of Hudson, Ohio, involving its Little Tikes Workshop and Tool Sets due to choking hazards.
According to the U.S. CPSC, there have been reports of the plastic “nails” being lodged into children’s throats. There have been no deaths related to the recall.
The recall includes the following Little Tikes products: Workshop (#4491), Deluxe Workshop (#4601), Carry Along WorkShop (#0827), Revv ‘n Roar Mechanics Workshop (#4765), Carry Along Tool Caddy (#0627), Home Center Workshop (#4174), Workbench (#4789), Little Tikes Workshop (#4071), Kohl’s Workshop Tool Set (#0014), Menard’s Home Center Workshop (#4497), and Action Power Workshop (#4201).
If you have one of the products, please take it away from your child and contact Little Tikes for replacements.
