I recently realized that I was in the beginning to middle-stage of a pretty high level burn out. You know it’s bad when the people who are helping you–your family and your friends–tell you that you might be taking on way too much. By gosh, they may have actually been right.

All my life I’ve had a strong dislike for the status quo. I do my best to help those who need help and stand up for the underdog. I’ve been an active member of the rescue community in the southwest and southeast sides of Michigan for a good long while. I would never call myself a simple or relaxed kind of personality because, well, I just couldn’t begin to tell that big of a whopper.
