Tylenol Recall

The Food and Drug Administration has reported that McNeil Consumer Healthcare is voluntarily recalling Infants’ TYLENOL® Oral Suspension with grape flavoring in 1-ounce bottles.

Distributed in the United States, the TYLENOL is being recalled after consumers reported issues using the “SimpleMeasure” dosing syringe.

The product being recalled is the grape flavor with lot numbers BIL0U00, BIL0V00, BIL3500, BJL2D00, BJL2E00, BJL2T00, BJL2U00 and UPC code of 300450122308.
