About 3 years ago, Julie had reached her goal of losing 160 pounds… and even was featured on the Rachael Ray show! But in the past two years, as she battled depression/anxiety, as well as finally starting to confront the issues that haunt many in this arena, the weight crept back on and now she finds herself back on track to reaching her weight loss goal once again. It was through this journey of discovering herself that she found her love of writing, blogging and all things social media.

Julie loves pasta and pizza, diet coke, M&Ms (pretzel or peanut), birthdays, listening to music, going to the movies, spin class and reading a good book.
