Low Sugar Banana Chocolate Nut Butter Popsicles

Summertime begs for cold, sweet treats, like ice cream and popsicles. This popsicle recipe is both easy and fun to make, especially with the kids. And one they’ll be sure to enjoy. Just don’t mention its low in sugar. They’ll never know. (P.S. It’s allergy-friendly, too.)

Low Sugar Banana Chocolate Nut Butter Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup vanilla soymilk (or other milk alternative)
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- ¼ cup soy nut butter (or other nut butter)
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ½ TBSP cocoa powder
- Dairy-free chocolate chips
- Popsicle molds

Directions
Blend all ingredients together except the chocolate chips. Fill the bottom of each Popsicle mold with a layer of chocolate chips. Pour the blended mixture over top. Freeze. Makes 4 small Popsicles. Recipe can easily be doubled to make more or to fill larger molds.
