Watermelon Salsa Recipe

Did you know that August 3, 2012 is National Watermelon Day? Me neither – until recently that is. So, in honor of National Watermelon Day, here’s a simple salsa recipe. This recipe should be made to taste; adjust accordingly.

Watermelon Salsa Recipe

Directions
Combine the watermelon, tomatoes and onions in a medium, sealable bowl. Chop the leaves from several stems of Cilantro and add to the mixture. Pour lime juice over top. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Stir to mix ingredients together. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers. Note: the salsa will become watery as time passes.
