Did you know that most people who have made resolutions for the new year have already given them up by now? Raise your hand if this is you. (I see you out there!)
How many times have you gotten to the end of the year and thought, “I can’t believe another year is over and I still didn’t _____ [insert your own change here]“?
Yeah, me too. Isn’t it disappointing?
I don’t want to get to the end of another year and not have accomplished new things or made changes. Do you?
For Week 6 of Do In 52, I want you to take a breath, regroup and then revise the things that we’ve talked about so far. Maybe you started out strong with making tech-free family time, but it’s fallen off the priority list. Maybe you’re drinking a little more water, but not enough. Maybe you know which space you want for yourself, but you just haven’t taken the #DoIn52 prompt to make it your own.
It’s Ok! January just ended and the year is still young. So, get back on track by reviewing each of the Do in 52 prompts we’ve had so far. Regroup–yourself and your family– and then revise what isn’t working. If you haven’t even started yet, it’s not too late! Pick the prompts up now so that you can make small family changes each week for big family impact at the end of the year!
Ready? Set? GO!
