1. Honey

We’re not just talking about dripping it onto your body (although that could be fun, too). Nope, honey–rich in B vitamins–can actually enhance testosterone levels, and–for women especially–this could be helpful.

2. Pumpkin Seeds

Yes, those gooey things you scoop out at Halloween and roast up can also make your honey frisky. Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc, which also helps with testosterone. They are also high in Omega-3 fatty acids,  which has been said to be integral to “overall sexual well-being.”

3. Guacamole

Avocados are high in folic acid, which can give an overall sexual boost. They also have Vitamin B6, which regulates hormones. So whip up some guacamole for your date-night appetizer!

4. Chili Peppers

Talk about spicing things up, chili peppers have something called Capsaicin, which releases endorphins (yes, those things that make you feel good). So, add some spice before you, um, add some spice, if you know what I mean.

Ok, I know what you’re thinking, but get this: garlic has allicin, which gets the blood moving right to those sexual organs! So, overlook the breath and reap the benefits. Wink-wink.
